Who can sign up

ARC holders with 6 or more months left on their permitted stay.
If less than 60 days remain, carriers do not allow a new monthly plan — use prepaid and extend your stay first.
The contract cannot run past your permitted stay.

Bring your own unlocked phone, or buy a phone outright at the store.
Installment plans for phones are difficult for most foreigners — plan on paying in full or bringing your own device.
